We are custom die cutting specialist of EPDM, Natural Gum Rubber, Neoprene, Nitrile (Buna-N), Silicone, SBR, Santoprene and Sponge Rubber materials.
These materials are in available in a range of durometers to meet your specific requirements.
Utilizing a variety of standard and specialized materials, we custom produce:
- cut slabs, strips and shapes
- die cut gaskets, washers, seals and rubber parts
- molded and extruded components for tubing, grommets, isolation pads and complex geometric 3-D shapes and seals
- components that comply with MIL-R-3065, MIL-R-6855, MIL-R-25988 and MIL-R-83248 military specifications
Our value added secondary services include the convenience of laminating with pressure sensitive adhesives (PSA).
